Home Re-Styling

This is a service which is very popular and economical. I focus on the existing furniture, what ever the style, keeping in mind the guidelines of good taste and current design trends and re-style the home by using existing furnishings. A list of additional accents, curb appeal ideas, paint colors, carpet options and all property preparation needs will be resourced.
Fee $ 250 to $500.

Home Staging With Furnishings

Each staging project is unique to the style of the home and the budget guidelines set by the owners and agents. Here are some of the options:

• Partially staged homes, key rooms only
• Property consultation, garden, paint and flooring
• Full home staging, furniture in every room
• Additional furniture as accents only

All prices are competitive, I own my own furniture, can work within any budget and a tight schedule. All proposals for an empty house staging project are complementary.
